It is of utmost importance that those intending to benefit the Organisation should state our full name and address. Failure to use the correct title may lead to costly litigation and the loss of all or part of the legacy.
Please use the following form of bequest:
’I bequeath to the National Anti Vivisection Society of Millbank Tower, Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP, the sum of :......free of tax and I direct that the receipt of an authorised Officer of the Society shall be a good and sufficient discharge of such legacy.’
